Developed and implemented a partnership with industry body (Women in Film and TV) to increase clients from the creative sector, using targeted marketing activity and events to address key business challenges for creatives        

Internal engagement

Established and mobilised 20+ brand champions across the business to improve sentiment and engagement towards rebrand, aligned with a robust internal comms plan for 400+ colleagues pre, during and post launch                                                                                                                                                                         

Brand implementation

Developed a Workforce Management System, in partnership with tech provider, for end-to-end management of student workers across the university, including setting mandatory and optional fields, identifying and implementing trigger points and creating clear and consistent communication throughout applicant journey

Brand guardianship

Established the IP & Licensing working group to identify and action brand infringements by third parties, including cease and desist protocols and escalation processes, bringing together expertise from policy, operations, partnerships, brand and external legal advisors

Product positioning

Developed a new iconography style for flagship product resulting in increased organic social engagement and boosted click-through rates on paid social activity                                                                                                                                                 

Project management

Spearheaded the project management and distribution of the Money Navigator tool, developed in response to COVID-19, coordinating a matrix team across digital, development, policy, operations and content to meet key milestones and deliverables
